Sponsorship Rates for a 250-Viewer Streamer

At 100 CCV, a $200 offer for a 3-hour dedicated stream is in-band. At 250 concurrent viewers it is not. Same CPVH formula, 2.5× the room. This page is the 250-CCV row. The method is on how much to charge. Siblings: 100, 500, 1,000. The cross-size table is everyone else.

250 CCV is also the crossover with the 100-CCV page: the working-band floor of a 3-hour stream at 250 CCV ($450) is the working-band high of the same stream at 100 CCV. That is the formula scaling, not a new rate card.

$200 and $500 against 250 CCV

A 3-hour dedicated stream at 250 CCV is 750 viewer-hours.

  • $200 ÷ 750 = $0.27 per viewer-hour — under Gamesight's $0.60 floor.1
  • $450 ÷ 750 = $0.60 — the working-band floor.
  • $500 ÷ 750 = $0.67 — a little above that floor, inside the working band.

Launchpoint's observed deal sizes put a streamer "holding 200 viewers" at about $500 per stream.2 That is not a CPVH they publish for 200 CCV; it is a deal-size observation next to this math. At 250 CCV, $500 for three dedicated hours is $0.67 CPVH — close to Gamesight's floor, not a stretch. $200 for the same three hours is still an anchor. If they only want a mid-stream read, do not apply the dedicated-stream number — price the deliverable against the hourly rate below.

The working band at this size

Sources still disagree:

  • Gamesight: general Twitch-sponsorship CPVH $0.60–$1.00.1
  • Launchpoint: mid-tier Twitch-sponsorship CPVH $1.00–$2.00.2

This site's working band is $0.60–$1.50 — not a figure either source states outright: it takes Gamesight's floor and a ceiling midway between the two sources' ceilings — a deliberately conservative synthesis. At 250 CCV that is:

$150–$375 per sponsored hour

250 × $0.60 = $150. 250 × $1.50 = $375.

Sponsored hours Viewer-hours Floor ($0.60) $1.00 (source overlap) Working high ($1.50)
1 hour 250 $150 $250 $375
2 hours 500 $300 $500 $750
3 hours 750 $450 $750 $1,125
4 hours 1,000 $600 $1,000 $1,500

Gamesight's own band on a 3-hour dedicated stream is $450–$750. Launchpoint's is $750–$1,500. The working-band 3-hour row — $450–$1,125 — is the one on the rates table. Benchmark range, not a quote.

Do not file $450–$1,125 as "the low end of $500–$5,000." That $500–$5,000 band is scoped to a follower-defined cohort — 5K–200K followers, which Launchpoint glosses as "typically averaging 100 to 2,000 concurrent viewers."2 The window's $450 sits $50 under the $500 end of that follower-scoped band; the $1,125 high sits inside it. Launchpoint's ~$500-per-stream figure for creators "holding 200 viewers" is a comparison observation, not a CCV floor — same reading as above. Show a brand the viewer-hour math.

One overlay example, derived from sponsorship.so's 20–40% of hourly for the hours it is up,3 not a second rate card: a 3-hour overlay at 250 CCV is 0.20 × $150 × 3 = $90 at the floor, 0.40 × $375 × 3 = $450 at the working high.

If you simulcast, add the rooms: 160 CCV on Twitch plus 90 on YouTube Live is a 250-CCV stream for pricing.

$450–$1,125 still wants a numbered invoice and a calendar due date. It is large enough that AP will ask for one, and small enough that a Discord handshake still happens.

FAQ

How much should a 250-viewer streamer charge for a sponsored stream?
On this site's working band ($0.60–$1.50 per viewer-hour), a 3-hour dedicated stream at 250 CCV is $450–$1,125. A 1-hour integration is $150–$375. Treat it as a benchmark range, not a guaranteed quote.

Is $200 a fair offer at 250 CCV?
Not for a 3-hour dedicated stream. $200 ÷ 750 viewer-hours is $0.27 CPVH, under Gamesight's $0.60 floor. A 1-hour integration at the working floor is $150; $200 sits inside a 1-hour range, not a 3-hour dedicated one.

Is $500 a fair offer at 250 CCV?
For a 3-hour dedicated stream, $500 ÷ 750 is $0.67 CPVH — a little above Gamesight's floor. Launchpoint's ~$500-per-stream observation at 200 CCV is in the same neighborhood. It is not automatically the top of the working band.

Should I use a different CPVH at 250 than at 100 or 500?
No. Same working band, different CCV.

Does Sponsee find 250-CCV sponsors?
No. Sponsee prices the deal you already have against the CPVH band and tracks the terms you signed. It does not source sponsors, take a cut, or hold the money. Payment always goes from the brand to you.
