Overview

Sponsee is a sponsorship CRM for live streamers. These terms govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to them.

No financial custody

Sponsee does not hold, transfer, or process payments on behalf of creators, and takes no cut of your deals. All payment arrangements are between you and the brand directly. The only payment Sponsee is involved in is your own subscription to Sponsee, described below.

Plans and pricing

Sponsee offers a Free plan and two paid plans, billed monthly in US dollars: Starter at $19/month and Creator at $29/month. The Pro plan, at $39/month, is no longer offered to new subscribers; existing Pro subscriptions continue at their current price for as long as they stay active. On the Free plan you can still read everything in your account, and use the rate calculator and your public inquiry page and inbox; adding or changing deals, invoices and contacts needs a paid plan. Nothing in your account is deleted when you move between plans. What each plan includes is shown on our pricing page and in the app. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the Creator plan. No card is required, and you are not charged for the trial. If you do not choose a paid plan, your account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends and you keep everything you made.

If you choose a paid plan during the trial, your first charge is on the day the trial ends. If you choose one in the last two days of the trial, you are charged when you subscribe.

Payments and Stripe

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Stripe collects your payment, calculates and remits any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipts. Sponsee never sees or stores your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to the terms Stripe presents at checkout, and the Stripe legal terms referenced there.

Renewal

Paid plans renew automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you in advance before any price change takes effect for your subscription. If a renewal payment fails, your account may move to the Free plan until payment is updated.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in the app under Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep your paid plan until then, and you are not charged again. After that your account moves to the Free plan and you keep everything you made.

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial months, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we will work with Stripe to put it right.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Do not use Sponsee to break the law, send spam, infringe anyone else's rights, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do. You own the content you put into Sponsee.

Changes

We may update the product, our plans, and these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and let account holders know before it takes effect.
