Sponsorship Rates for a 2,500-Viewer Streamer

A brand says $5,000 for the stream like that is the top of the market. If you average about 2,500 concurrent viewers, run the unit. A 3-hour dedicated stream is 7,500 viewer-hours. $5,000 ÷ 7,500 = $0.67 per viewer-hour — a little above Gamesight's $0.60 floor, inside this site's working band, not a ceiling ask.1

This page is the 2,500-CCV row. The method is on how much to charge. Siblings: 100, 250, 500, 1,000. The cross-size table is everyone else. Same CPVH formula — not a new rate card because the number has four digits.

2,500 CCV sits near the top of Sponsee's mid-tier range (roughly 100–5,000). It is also where the working-band 3-hour high ($11,250) sits above Launchpoint's follower-scoped "$500 and $5,000 per sponsored stream" band. That band is 5K–200K followers, which Launchpoint glosses as typically averaging 100 to 2,000 concurrent viewers.2 Do not file $4,500–$11,250 as "the upper half of $500–$5,000." The window's floor ($4,500) sits $500 under that band's $5,000 end; the high sits outside it. Two constructions. Show a brand the viewer-hour math.

Launchpoint's comparison observation of $2,000+ per stream for creators "holding 1,000+ viewers" is a deal-size point next to this math, not a CPVH they publish for 2,500 CCV, and not a ceiling at this size.2

The working band at this size

Sources still disagree:

  • Gamesight: general Twitch-sponsorship CPVH $0.60–$1.00.1
  • Launchpoint: mid-tier Twitch-sponsorship CPVH $1.00–$2.00.2

This site's working band is $0.60–$1.50 — not a figure either source states outright: it takes Gamesight's floor and a ceiling midway between the two sources' ceilings — a deliberately conservative synthesis. At 2,500 CCV that is:

$1,500–$3,750 per sponsored hour

2,500 × $0.60 = $1,500. 2,500 × $1.50 = $3,750.

Sponsored hours Viewer-hours Floor ($0.60) $1.00 (source overlap) Working high ($1.50)
1 hour 2,500 $1,500 $2,500 $3,750
2 hours 5,000 $3,000 $5,000 $7,500
3 hours 7,500 $4,500 $7,500 $11,250
4 hours 10,000 $6,000 $10,000 $15,000

Gamesight's own band on a 3-hour dedicated stream is $4,500–$7,500. Launchpoint's CPVH band applied the same way is $7,500–$15,000. The working-band 3-hour row — $4,500–$11,250 — is the one on the rates table. Benchmark range, not a quote.

$5,000 for three dedicated hours is $0.67 CPVH, in-band. $5,000 for a 1-hour integration ($5,000 ÷ 2,500 = $2.00 CPVH) sits at Launchpoint's published CPVH ceiling, not at this site's working high. Duration is the question. If they only want a mid-stream read, price the deliverable against the hourly rate — do not discount off $11,250.

One overlay example, derived from sponsorship.so's 20–40% of hourly for the hours it is up,3 not a second rate card: a 3-hour overlay at 2,500 CCV is 0.20 × $1,500 × 3 = $900 at the floor, 0.40 × $3,750 × 3 = $4,500 at the working high.

If you simulcast, add the rooms: 1,800 CCV on Twitch plus 700 on YouTube Live is a 2,500-CCV stream for pricing.

At these dollars, exclusivity and usage are paid lines, not free clauses because the CCV looks "big." The invoice is a PO, not a Venmo. Sponsee does not take a cut of it.

FAQ

How much should a 2,500-viewer streamer charge for a sponsored stream?
On this site's working band ($0.60–$1.50 per viewer-hour), a 3-hour dedicated stream at 2,500 CCV is $4,500–$11,250. A 1-hour integration is $1,500–$3,750. Treat it as a benchmark range, not a guaranteed quote.

Is $5,000 a fair offer at 2,500 CCV?
For a 3-hour dedicated stream, $5,000 ÷ 7,500 viewer-hours is $0.67 CPVH — a little above Gamesight's $0.60 floor, inside the working band, not the top of it. For a 1-hour integration, $5,000 is $2.00 CPVH, Launchpoint's CPVH ceiling.

Should I use a different CPVH at 2,500 than at 500?
No. Same working band, different CCV.

Does Sponsee find 2,500-CCV sponsors?
No. Sponsee prices the deal you already have against the CPVH band and tracks the terms you signed. It does not source sponsors, take a cut, or hold the money. Payment always goes from the brand to you.
