TikTok Live Sponsorship Rates: Same Unit, Different Room

TikTok does not publish a live-sponsorship rate card. Neither does Twitch. The number a brand pays for a TikTok LIVE integration is still a concurrent-viewer-hour price. The room is different. The unit is not.

This page is the TikTok LIVE row. Twitch sponsorship rates is the head-term table. YouTube Live and Kick are the other platform-specific pages. How much to charge is the method. What CPVH is is the definition. Don't mix them.

What TikTok LIVE is buying

A live sponsorship on TikTok is buying who is in the LIVE while it is running. Average concurrent viewers during that window is the CCV in the formula. It is not:

  • For You / video views. A clip that lives on the For You page after you go offline is a video integration, priced separately. Views that accumulate overnight are not a live room.
  • Followers. A million-follower account with 250 people in a Tuesday LIVE is a 250-CCV live buy.
  • LIVE gifts. Those are viewers paying you. They are not a brand deal. Don't quote gift revenue as a sponsorship rate.

Don't convert LIVE CCV into video views or a CPM either. "This LIVE would have been X thousand For You views" is not a published CPVH figure in the sources this site uses. A concurrent viewer in the LIVE is a concurrent viewer. Apply the band to the people who were actually in the room.

The working band — Twitch-sourced, TikTok-applied

Published CPVH sources are Twitch-centric:

  • Gamesight puts general Twitch-sponsorship CPVH at $0.60–$1.00 per viewer-hour.1
  • Launchpoint's mid-tier Twitch-sponsorship CPVH runs $1.00–$2.00.2

This site's working band is $0.60–$1.50 — not a figure either source states outright: it takes Gamesight's floor and a ceiling midway between the two sources' ceilings — a deliberately conservative synthesis. There is no separate published TikTok LIVE CPVH in those sources. Treat the working band as a starting benchmark on TikTok LIVE, not as a TikTok-native rate card.

The formula does not change:

Average CCV × sponsored hours × CPVH rate = your quote range

A TikTok-only LIVE averaging 250 CCV for a 3-hour dedicated stream:

Band Math Range
Floor ($0.60) 250 × 3 × $0.60 $450
Source overlap ($1.00) 250 × 3 × $1.00 $750
Working high ($1.50) 250 × 3 × $1.50 $1,125

That is a benchmark range, not a quote. Category fit, exclusivity, and usage still move you inside the band. The same 250-CCV math, hour by hour, lives on the 250-CCV page.

If you simulcast, add the rooms. 250 CCV on TikTok LIVE plus 750 CCV on Twitch is a 1,000-CCV stream for pricing — see the 1,000-CCV page. A brand that screenshots only the For You analytics undercounts the live inventory.

What does not change on TikTok LIVE

  • Overlays and reads still itemize. A logo for the whole LIVE is not the same product as a 60-second mid-stream read. Overlay fractions (20–40% of hourly for the hours it is up) come from sponsorship.so, not from a TikTok rate card.3
  • A pinned TikTok video after the LIVE is a second product. Persistence is usage, not extra live hours.
  • Net terms still start the clock from the invoice date. Net 30 is not "when the For You views stop."
  • Payment still goes brand → you. Sponsee does not take a cut or hold the money.

The rate calculator runs the same CPVH math regardless of which live room the CCV came from.

FAQ

How much do TikTok LIVE sponsorships pay?
There is no TikTok-native published CPVH in the sources this site uses. Apply the working band ($0.60–$1.50 per concurrent-viewer-hour) to your TikTok LIVE average CCV as a starting benchmark. A 250-CCV, 3-hour dedicated LIVE is $450–$1,125 on that band.

Do TikTok LIVE gifts set the rate?
No. Those are audience payments to you. Live brand deals are priced on concurrent viewers while the sponsorship runs. Gift revenue is not a CPVH.

Should I price a LIVE off For You views or followers?
No. A LIVE is priced on who is in the room while it is running. For You views after you go offline are a video integration. Followers are the wrong denominator.

If I simulcast Twitch and TikTok LIVE, which CCV do I use?
Combined. The brand is buying the room. Add average concurrent viewers across the live destinations.

Does Sponsee find TikTok LIVE sponsors?
No. Sponsee prices the deal you already have against the CPVH band and tracks the terms you signed. It does not source sponsors, take a cut, or hold the money. Payment always goes from the brand to you.
